Unfortunately Accuro has gone down at our clinic twice in 2 months. This is extremely disruptive, especially for phone appointments. We wouldn't even know which patients to call to apologise to, or how to reach them. We end up looking unprofessional. If Accuro could provide access to the Daysheet and the recent files for the patients on the daysheet, at least we could call patients to let them know Accuro is down, and maybe even discuss results or renew medications. I know that outages are unpredictable, but maybe every morning at 6am Accuro could download or save a copy of the day's data somewhere else so we can access it if needed.
Yes, we do print (to PDF) tomorrow's daysheet - this is how one of the doctors can still call patients. The doctor working from home can't access the Daysheet though. And we can't print the results for all patients the next day (our staff are already too busy). So the appointments to discuss results are completly useless.
We print the daysheet the night before for this reason
