You can - it is just a bit cumbersome. Open the address book, select the Provider tab. Click the Manage Providers button at the bottom. In the lower right corner there is now an Advanced Search box. You can type in the specialty you are searching for. It will need to match the same way you have entered the specialties in Accuro for your providers.
