Ways to confirm appointment

There should be a drop down when you confirm appointments with how you confirmed. For examples: click confirmed then choose: spoke with patient, spoke with mother, left appointment message. I work in a pediatric clinic so it would be nice if we could also add ways of how we confirmed if there isn't the one we want on the list. For example to add: spoke with Grandparent or spoke with foster parent.
