Dates to match in tasks, etc, with printed task, etc.

We recently switched our system wide date format to dd-mmm-yyyy. In the task window (below task list) the date still reads mm-dd-yyyy. We often print these tasks, etc. and find this confusing as to which is the day/month. I was told this is hard-wired in the system and cannot be changed. Please add the dates in these windows to be changed when there is a system wide date format change.
