Billing Macros Note Record linkage

It would be nice if you could add another layer of detail for billing macros particularly note records. I.e., if a 22399 always needs a "Planned cataract surgery" note record it would be awesome to be able to attach this to the macro so as not to have to manually add every time. Also, this could be helpful for multiple services for one code i.e., if a 22115 which is a laser treatment was used to treat both eyes, it would have it auto attach "both eyes treated same visit."
