Patient enrollment status should update automatically from monthly roster reports

Every month, the Ministry of Health (Ontario) releases an XML file with a current roster list for each FHO physician. This file includes lists of patients who became enrolled or who ceased to be enrolled during the previous month. It is very useful to have each patient's enrollment status in Accuro be an accurate reflection of their enrollment status with the Ministry of Health. Accuro ought to access the XML file and update the enrollment status automatically. As things currently stand, someone needs to look at the roster report and update the enrollment status manually.
