Please remove right bar on clinic notes

There is a new bothersome bar on the right side for clinic notes. I have been told this could be removed but later told it couldnt. It takes up unnecessary space on the screen and I constantly have to shift my notes over every single time to put the bar off the screen so that I can still have two documents open at a time. It should be a feature that can be completely removed and not just collapsed. I suspect having to constantly move my documents partway off the screen wastes up to an hour of my time every day and makes me want to switch away from Accuro to a different EMR.

    I am sorry to hear the new Accuro feature to add a panel to the side of the note has become a burden on your workflow.

    Presently, I see two options for immediate relief:

    1. In an open note, navigate to the top menu bar and click Options and check if “Show Border” is checked.

      1. If it is, try clicking on it to deselect it. It makes your note a little smaller so you can shrink the window a little smaller from the LEFT side.

      2. That may give you enough real estate to see both your documents at once.

    2. The other option is to disable the feature entirely but unfortunately, it will turn off for all users in your clinic. If everyone is OK with it, we can disable it for you.


    Main reason for the new panel:

    Ability to drag in labs or medical history items to the note one at a time, the entire band or by holding ctrl+click to drag in desired options from each section
