Response to Online Booking Request

Hello,

We have the ability to customize responses to our Medeo booking requests, HOWEVER, the patient DOES NOT SEE THE RESPONSE!! This needs to be fixed. In email response patients would have to click the link to see special instructions (which they never do) and when they get a text response, it just says it's accepted. The same goes for when it is cancelled. We constantly have to phone the patient to ensure they received the instructions.
