Open Document Directly

When patients send documents via Medeo, the user is offered two options when clicking on the attachment.

1) Save As

2) File to Chart

There should be an option to directly open the attachment. The user needs to be able to view the document to decide whether to file to chart. The Save As function is tedious, as it saves it to the network. There should be the ability to view the file with one click within the Medeo conversation . Receiving documents is far too tedious. File to Chart appears easy enough, but is difficult to file the document without first knowing what it is you are viewing. This is far too much administrative work than is necessary.
