When a patient is marked as a NO SHOW in the scheduler, if they have an email address it should automatically (30 min delay like "share appointment in medeo") send them a clinic customizable missed appointment medeo message. If they're marked as a NO CHARGE either there isn't an auto message sent or it's a different customizable message.
