When patients use Medeo Online Booking it would be ideal if the provider that the appointment is being booked under would receive an email notification. It would be best if this feature could be enabled or disabled that way the client can turn this feature on when required.
I am a Mobile NP, and use my phone most of the time to check emails. I have missed virtual appointments as I am unable to receive notification of the appointment. It would be beneficial to receive a text or email.to say that a virtual app't has been scheduled.
Thank you

I agree with this....especially since we dont have admin staff and are providing services on the road (mobile). We dont always have time to stop, tether, log in and check if there are any appointment requests coming through. its far too time consuming and cumbersome for the provider to have to do this. Much better if we get an email to notify us that there is an appointment request. Just similar ot how we get an email to notify us that there is a secure message from a patient. This notification works great for the secure message system!
