I have setup an automatic approval for the appointments for my patients, however, they still receive two emails: one saying that the appointment has been requested, and a second one, 2 seconds later, saying it has been approved (because again, it's automatic).
I don't understand why they receive two emails. Why can't they just receive the one email saying it's approved? It doesn't seem useful to have the Request email when it's automated.
Also, would it be possible to have a scroll down menu on the reason page, giving a few options to the patient? For me for example, I could list all my private exams there, and they can choose which one they booked.
