A client reported the desire to refer back to previous virtual care appointments to note the length of the appointment. This would be beneficial on an appointment by appointment basis, but also with some ability to trend over a period of time.
For certain codes, we need to document the start and stop time of the appointment. Can you kindly add a timer to the call so we can ensure that appointments are the adequate length without having to use a separate timer. OTN has this as a basic feature that's really nice. Its helpful for audits.
