Search by phone number

Currently, one can search for a patient by last name, first name, healthcard, or date of birth. It would be really helpful to be able to search by phone number. Sometimes, the secretaries get a phone message where the patient forgets to say his/her name, or it is difficult to understand, but they are able to hear the phone number. Ability to search by this number would help. I tried many different ways, including Chart search (checking off "demographics only" and even tried to build a query, but there doesn't seem to be anywhere in Accuro to search by phone number

You can search by phone number. You need to do it in a specific way in the search box. Enter the last 7 digits with a dash separating the first 3 digits form then last 4. Example: 526-5825. The names of everyone associated with those 7 digits will show up once the full phone number is entered.
