Pre-populate correct physician/provider with patient for better filing accuracy.

When scanning documents and filing them, the provider does not match the patient name. The provider reflects whoever's schedule you are in at the time. This is an opportunity for error, especially when scanning and filing for multiple doctors, or when you have to exit and revisit your task. The physician/provider should pre-populate to match the patient, so that all the user needs to do is select the document type and date. It would also be helpful if the date defaulted to the current date.
