Warning message when moving Submitted Appointments.

Currently, if you Bill for an appointment and then submit the claim. You are still able to cut and paste this appointment after it has been submitted. This can cause a lot of confusion when claims come back as unmatched or rejected upon resubmission, as the new information does not match the originally submitted claim's information. When you open up a Bill that has been submitted from the Claim section, you get a warning that it has been submitted and that changes should not be made. Since appointments are directly linked to a Claim, it would be helpful if this same error message was displayed when moving appointments to different dates in the Scheduler.
