multiple no show/remove no show

you should be able to select more than one patient at a time and select no show, or removce the no show. this is to time consuming doing one patient at a time. teh reason i would ned to mark an entire day as a no show is because if i have to submit claims and i havent had a chance to check a days schedule i cannot submit that day. so i mark it as a no show submit then remove the no show. this is also why i have suggested a date range for billing. we need to improve accuro for their billing aspects. its really not as easy as other programs. please add this minor feature. thanks

    This is a great idea which could be applied to custom appointment statuses also.
