CDM MAPPING (Chronic Disease Management)

Add more components to map in Chronic Disease Mapping from the chart. For example, Document type is mapped, but not sub-type. We have both (eg. Xrays as the type and Bone Mineral Density as a sub-type).

    Document type actually isn't even an option to map any of the CDM fields in some provinces, like Alberta. 

     

    it would be nice if you could map any chart item to the CDM worksheets, in all provinces.
