Out of province health card expiry dates needed for lab reqs.

Our local hospital is cracking down on having ALL patient information on their lab requisitions, including expiry dates on out of province health cards. There is no self-populating box option to put this onto a form, which means that every patient's chart will have to be checked and then the doctor will have to hand write this information in. The hospital has said that they are losing money because this information is not on there. They may start rejecting sample without that information.
