Documents Section Searching and Sorting

When attaching documents (documents tab), after clicking the [Directory...] button, you browse to the folder and then must pick a file name to [Open]. However, after closure of this dialogue box the document that is opened is not the one you selected to open. It just opens the first document of the directory, and then you still have to go hunting through all the files to find the one you actually want. It's a problem when there may be dozens of files in the directory! Furthermore, the items seem to be ordered by date, which makes the hunting difficult as the filenames are then random. It is intuitive that when you click on a specific filename and press Open, it should open to that file.
