When filing documents, the provider drop down is situated BELOW the button, "File Document." This leads to repeated errors in filling because staff hit "File Document" before changing the defaulted provider.
A simple fix: Move the provider box to just above the description so that it is dealt with BEFORE the staff reaches the option to "File Document".
This simple fix will prevent repeated errors.
The buttons should definitely be re-ordered. However, to make things easier, there is a setting to automatically switch the filing provider to the patient's office provider. You can do this in the options on the document screen.
