Do not display previous appt on Schedule if No Show

Previous Appointment to not display in Scheduler if the Appointment was marked as NO Show

Customers would like the Previous Appointment in the scheduler to only display Attended Appointments, so if a patient is marked as a No Show, that Appointment will NOT display in the scheduler as a Previous Appointment. Currently if a patient has been marked as a no show for an appointment and then are scheduled for a new one at a later date, the No Show appointment is being displayed with no reference to the fact that it was marked No Show. Customers do not want to cancel the appointment completely to remove the appointment (removing that appointment as the Previous Appointment), as they track the number of No Shows for their patients.
