Select Patient Footer For Form

It would be nice to have the option to either include/exclude the patient footer on printed forms as we have the option with the Generated Letter window. Currently the only way to remove the patient footer from the printed forms is to remove the "Include Patient Footer on Chart Item Print Off", however removing this removes the patient footer from all printed chart items. We are requesting that we have the option to include/exclude patient footers on printed forms as we do within the Generated Letter Window.
