Are we talking about the Document Type when we say Folders?
You can set a default Type as long as you have access to Manage Patient Folders.
In your Documents section, click into the dropdown for Type.
Scroll up to the top and click on Manage.
Whichever type is currently highlighted is your default. So click onto the Type you want to make your default and close the window.
You should notice now that any time you head into the documents section your Type reverts back to your default.
