Generate Invoice for Same Bill with Multiple Insurers

It would be helpful to have the ability to create one invoice for bills with multiple insurers for different procedures within the bill. For example, one bill could have 4 procedures. The first 2 bills may pertain to third party insurer 1, while the last 2 bills may pertain to third party insurer 2. Currently, this will generate 2 separate bills wtih 2 separate invoices for this same claim. It would be great if there was an option to allow printing just one invoice inclusive of both insurers.
