Rename Lifestyle Entries

Users are currently able to rename Medical History items, i.e. Lifestyle without any warning that changing the name will update every patient's chart that has this item. For example, the lifestyle "Driver" was renamed to "Drug Abuse".. thus changing numerous patient's charts from stating that they were a driver, to that they were a Drug Abuser. This has serious implications. There should be some sort of warning or pop up in place that prevents users from making this change 1 - Warning along the lines of: "Changing this Lifestyle will change this entry in all patient's charts. Are you sure you want to continue?" or 2 - Pop up preventing this action from taking place, along the lines of: "You cannot change this item as it is in use in patient's charts" or 3 - Rename the lifestyle but it only affects new entries (i.e. will not change the lifestyle on existing entries) Right now there is no warning, and the workaround is to just rename it back -- but the concern is that users might not even realize that they renamed an item (and thus changed the charts of numerous patients)
