Always keep Urgent Mail messages in Accuro at the top

This Idea was requested by a customer in BC. Even when using the column header to change the ordering of mail display, this user would like to see that Urgent Mail is always at the top of the list. This would reduce the risk of not knowing that you have urgent unread messages at the bottom of the list, which are non-visible unless you scroll down, and eliminate confusion as to why the bold Mail (#) amount differs from what you see in your list.
