Make role-specific pop-ups reportable in the query builder

Currently you can run a report on all global messages, but there's no function in the query builder to run a report on role-specific pop-ups. This would be very useful, please implement.

    This would be enormously helpful. At this time, we have so many pop ups that my staff are starting to ignore them, rendering them useless. I am in the process of doing a clean up of the global messages, but that's only half the problem :-(
