Sharing an Accuro database with other providers

There are 4 dr's and 4 secretaries in this office, I work for one. The only thing we share is the database, otherwise everything is separate. It would make our job SO much easier to be able to create our own templates, colors, etc that wouldn't be shared with the other providers and secretaries. Right now, if I change a color of a template, it changes it for the other users as well and it would be so much nicer to decide my own colors, not having the other secretary decide what she likes that day. Each provider should be able to chose their own.
