Too Much Manual Work For a Large Clinic to Create a New Office - Ideas to Fix

For any large clinic using Accuro you can believe it is currently a pain if you wish to add an additional office, you need to not only apply the settings you wish to use, but you also have to manually add in each provider, template, user access that will apply within that office, this can be very time consuming however I have come up with three ideas that could save time.. The Ability to: -Copy an existing Office's setup and preferences to create a new office with a new name (Similar to user creation). -Copy a template that exists within another office for all providers that exist within both offices. -Copy a user's access from one office to another to have the same access for all providers that exist within both offices.
