Auto capitalization/Spell check when entering data manually in Medical Bands

When manually entering data into the medical bands, it would be nice to have the first letter capitalized automatically (or the option to set this up). Many times I have had a list kindly entered into the medical band before I transcribe the letter (and subsequently can just have that information automatically appear in the encounter note), but the person who entered it isn't using capitals, and I have to go and fix that manually. Also, I find a lot of typos happen in the manual entry of data as well - partly because of the size of the font but also because of creative spelling on the part of the original data entry person. It would be nice to have a spell check to be able to access in the manual entry so one doesn't have to go hunting elsewhere for the correct spelling of drugs or medical words.
