Form Editor needs to be able to query a form date

In Manitoba, many of us submit a CDM billing by filling a form. One of the elements of the CDM form for diabetes references (for example) the date that a filament test was last done to assess for evidence of peripheral neuropathy. We currently complete a Filament Form when we do the test. Most other things on the CDM form can be automatically imported to the form from the Query function within the Form Editor. (ex: query; lab date; physical history; systolic BP - this will return that date that we last did the BP.) We can similarly import the BP, the cholesterol values and their dates, etc. But we can't automatically import the date that we created the form "Filament Test". This should be an easy function to create and, since it is so important for billing CDM's, should be a priority.
