History of patients seen in a day available in EMR section

To easily access the list of patients a provider have seen during the day directly in the EMR section. In many situation, the Day sheet, listing all appointments for provider on a specific day, is not sufficient as all patients seen without appointments are not listed. There is possibility to create a query or check the audit logs but it would be very helpful to have an easy access to the history of charts consulted by provider on a specific day. The Patient drop down list available at the top of the Encounter notes tab only displays patient having appointments for the day selected in Daysheet. It would it be more helpful if full list of patient seen on that same day was showing up instead (with or without any appointment).
