Allow EMR to pull last appointment date ONLY in Queries

in the Query builder... when building a line to search last appointment date if you DO NOT click "patient records only" the list will show every appointment each patient has ever had. If you click "patient records only" the list doesn't show any appointment?

We should be able to produce a list with the patient last appointment. It shouldn't be that I have to see all the patients appointments or none of the appointments. This is not helpful with panel management

    This is absolutely a frustration with Query Builder.

    There should be an option for "Last appointment", "First Appointment", and also a column that shows "Total Appointments" (and of course you could limit any of these by dates (ie first appointment in 2020 or Total # of Appointments in 2019).
