Linking Forms to Date of Service

I would like to have the ability to make Date of Service (DOS) mandatory for some forms and unavailable to other forms. This would significantly reduce documentation clean up time for our community paramedic programs. I am sure the DOS feature is used by many other programs as well. We use the DOS feature with many of our forms. Linking forms such as our transport form is crucial in data collection in order to determine what appointments resulted in transports, what method was used for transport and what was the patient disposition. Often providers are forgetting to link forms to DOS. As times, providers are linking the forms to DOS that should not be linked. This then becomes a very labour intensive process to clean up.
