cutting and pasting appointments and billing

in the past when an appointment was booked in error, on the wrong provider schedule(Dr. A) our staff would cut and paste it to the correct provider schedule Dr. B). Even though the doctor (Dr. B.) entered the billing on their day sheet, the original provider (Dr. A)ends up being the billing provider and paid for the visit. The only way to catch this, is to open each bill before it is submitted, this way you can compare the billing and scheduled providers to ensure that they match. While we are all aware of this issue now, I would like to be able to run a query to see how many times this has happened in the past. There is no "rule" at the present time to do so. QHR has tried unsucsesfully to help. this is especially important when biling 3 x K030 for the same md in 1 year
