See Provider in Date of Service Drop Down

In the Date of Service Drop it will provide a list of all appointments with the Date and time of the appointment, however, there is nothing to identify which provider the appointments are with. In the case of forms and letters when you choose the DOS it will automatically populate in the provider once selected so you can choose another appointment if necessary. When in the History of Problems section and you are wanting to send a diagnosis code to a bill there is nothing to identify which provider's bill this is going to. Some clinics will schedule patients to see multiple providers at the same time, when this is the case they will have multiple entries for the same date and time in the drop down but nothing to identify which provider.
