Waitlist Closed cases

Once a patient has been entered into the waitlist and then the patient has been seen in consultation or even if surgery has been completed. It should be that if i choose for the case state to be CLOSED and then enter the date that the case is CLOSED this should be removed from the patient's waitlist history and set into a background somewhere that if in the future this information is needed we can pull up reports. the reason why I say this is because every time I continue to try and book a patient for more follow-ups and even though this case has been completed it still gives me a pop box asking me about the case I have created and closed. This is annoying. If you choose that the case is completed and closed it should never ask you again about that specific case waitlist history. Please fix this =)
