Add Subtype heading when attaching to referral

Currently when a physician generates a letter and then tries to attach an HRM Diagnostic Imaging or Medical Report there is no way to know which document it is unless you click on each one or know the exact date of when the report was done.  It makes it very difficult as charts get more extensive to find which reports you need to attach to the referral.

Totally agree with Karen Reid's comment.  It seems absolutely crazy that in this day in age and computers that we have to open every consult, etc. to get the correct attachments for a referral letter.  Takes an absurd amount of time!

The HRM document can be easily annotated within the 'Note' field when opening the document to review.  This I'm sure is helpful when viewing the documents within the VC.

However, this does NOT assist in identifying which document to send when generating a letter, because the 'annotation' does not 'go over' with the HRM document within the 'Attachment' list.  Can this be fixed, to save an absurd amount of time in clicking/opening documents to view, just to select the correct one?
