Remove or Add Warning for Expired Codes

Currently when the fee schedule is updated for MB, codes that are expired are not removed from Accuro.

When free-typing the titles of codes in a claim, expired codes display and can be selected, and unless a user is consulting the Physician Manual for each claim, one can be submitted and rejected with an expired code.

It would be more convenient for either:

1. QHR to automatically indicate that the pcodes are expired, and to display a warning when a user tries to bill them, OR

2. The option is provided in Billing > Manage Procedure Codes for administrators to indicate that a code is expired.

One alternative is to create a Billing Rule (Accuro Menu > Billing > Billing Rules) that will change the expired code, if inputted, to it's correct Active contemporary.
