Add a 3rd Provider onto the patient demographics

We are a specialist clinic, and it would be helpful to add another provider to the patient demographics. ie if a patient has been referred from Emerg, they would also have their family doctor listed, but to be able to add a Paediatrician, or other specialist the patient is seeing would be great. 

Perhaps an "Add" button like the rest of the demographic fields

    You have the ability to add other Providers, indicating what Type they are (ie Specialist, Paediatrician, etc). These Providers can also be CC'd on Generated Letters automatically.

    To add other Providers:

    1. Go to the Patients section, click the Providers Tab.
    2. Click the Plus to the right of the Manually Added Providers Heading.
    3. Add the "Type", the Name from the Address Book and a Note (Optional)
    4. Update Patient.
