Adding clinic name to client chart rather than "Family Physician."

In the client demographic section, adding an option of providing a clinic name rather than "Family Physician." Some of our clients only attend walk in clinics and do not have the same care provider. It would be great to have their home clinic on their demographic page but the current set up only allows for "Providers" to be inputed rather than "Contacts." This would make it easier to keep track of where discharge documents and records are faxed to once midwifery care is complete. Thanks!
