I would like a clock sign on our main screen and when you start an encounter with a pt, I would stamp the clock and at hte end of the encounter , I would stamp it again. This would allow me to go back and find out how much time I spent with the pt. I currently worl with TELIN at another job and it has this very useful feature. Please add it to ACCURO. Well appreciated.Thanks.

It would benefit all physician dealing with AHS codes that are time sensitive. there are several such as modifier CMGP01, 02, 03 etc...

As indicated in the comment below, you can currently time stamp a note with the keyboard shortcut F12.

Tap F12 when you start the note, and this will put a stamp on the note with the current date, time and username.

Then, when you have finished the note tap F12 again and it will insert the same stamp with the current time.

Pressing F12 will insert a time/date stamp (and usernameO into a note.  You can use it at the beginning and end to accomplish your goal.
