Clinical note should automatically assume the diagnostic code name as the name of the note.

Currently if a user just writes a note then closes and saves its labelled as a generic clinical note, whereas if the name of it automatically become say "clinical note: diabetes" it would make quick scrolling through notes easier.

As another option - In the Encounter Note window you can associate a note to a Diagnosis. If you want to see just the notes related to a specific condition (ie Diabetes), you can click the Diabetes entry in the History of Problems band and only the associated notes and chart information will display.
