If doctor #1 sends a task to doctor #2, and doctor #2 redirects the task to his admin along with a message in the task, there is no record in doctor #2's "sent" folder of that message. If doctor #2 wants to look back at what he sent to his admin, it would not show up. However, the changes show up in doctor #1's "sent" folder. I think all correspondence should be tracked in each person's sent folder. If you were to look in doctor #1 sent folder to see the changes, it doesn't have record of who it was originally sent to or who made changes, only that it is directed to doctor #2's admin and has the extra message attached.
