Allow selection of a Default Letter Introduction to be auto-populated

We have a couple Letter Introduction templates based on if we are preparing a sick note, a consult letter back to a family doctor's office or preparing a referral letter. The majority of the letters we send are consult letters back to the family doctor so it would be great if there was an option to select that template as our 'default' to always populate and we could manually change for other letter types. Currently Accuro just defaults to the last Introduction used, which is not ideal for our office.
