Need to be able to make forms trackable without having to always put under one heading: Requisition Forms. Merged

I believe we should be able to choose which forms we need to be trackable.  I have numerous physicians that do specialties and like to have their own forms and requisitions under a specific heading in the form editor.  I need them to be able to show up in the Outstanding Requisitions, Referrals and Orders in Reports so she can reconcile them.  Currently unless I put all those forms under "Requisition Forms" there is no way to have them populate in there causing her to manually do her reconciling and of course defeating the electronic age.

It would be nice to be able to add different form categories in Form Editor and have the option to make them auto add to the Outstanding Requisitions, Referrals, and Orders. Ideally the "type" could be the header name, and the "order" could be the form name.

We have a lot of referrals that are sent out in Forms and have them under "Requisition Forms" right now, but once they're reconciled they wont show up in the F4 Patient Orders tab when Include Reconciled Orders is checked off. So it would be nice if they were not removed from there once the referral is done.
