More Specific User Role choices for Billing Tasks

1.  Possibility to have users complete the following Billing tasks:

  • complete Billing on the DaySheet,
  • Create 3rd Party Invoices and Apply Payment to these invoices
  • correct ErrorClaims according to the ErrorMessages from OHIP
  • create Manual Review Forms for claims

....... WITHOUT being able to see the bottom TOTAL AMOUNT claimed.  In CLAIMS MODULE> UnsubmittedClaims and DailyClaims Total Amounts are shown - can these TOTAL amounts be hidden from some users? They do not need to see these amounts in order to complete the above Billing Tasks.

2.  Users should be able to do the above mentioned tasks WITHOUT having permission to access Remittance Advise Reports.

3.  Currently it is a "ALL IN"  or  "ALL OUT" policy for Billing on Accuro.  Not very effective.

4.  Each employee's payroll is handled with privacy, the same privacy should be available to the dr. if he/she chooses to have it.

Main purpose is:  by creating more Specific User Role Choices for BILLING tasks,  more users may complete everyday Billing without entering sensitive/private billing areas = better effectiveness without compromising dr. privacy
