I would like notes and letter to save the exact way they are printed or faxed initially. Having to re-open and generate a new letter just to reprint a note or letter already done is VERY redundant and super time consuming.

There should be NO reason why I should need to open a letter over and over I should be able to right click in the documents and reprint it and have it look exactly like I left it when I closed it.

    The generated note is saved in the virtual chart, and can be re-sent or printed.  Make sure that you have the "Generated Letters" checkbox checked at the top of the virtual chart to ensure they are displayed.
