Allow Physician titles to be displayed in Demographic Status Bar

When listing Primary Care Providers and Referring Providers in the demographic status bar, currently unable to indicated providers title (Dr, NP, RM etc) even though that data is collected in the "Manage Providers" screen.  Need to be able to autopopulate that information when displaying  <FamPhysName> or <RefPhysName> to distinguish between nurse practitioners, midwives and doctors.

    Anything entered into the field labelled "Title" for Referring, Family or Office Provider can be pulled into the Demographics Status Bar.

    Accuro Menu > File > User Preferenes > Display > Display > Right click in Status Bar where you want the title to popluate.
